DUST, ODOR CONTROL
AND ENVIRONMENTAL SANIFICATION SYSTEMS
WLP develops systems for the disinfection of small and large areas.
Although all the models have the same operating principle, which is low pressure nebulization and drop size reduction, accessories have been developed to be able to add products that allow us to perform disinfection according to the indications of professionals.
Complementing the cannons of our family with dosing pumps, containers or tanks of various sizes for premixing or, as in the case of one of our latest models, being able to heat the entire set.
*How WLP works
The installation of our machines can be carried out in the following two ways:
*Individual Machine
Simple connection to the hydraulic network (minimum pressure of 1 bar per machine) and to the electrical network (from 0.75 to 110 kW per machine)
*Complete system
For the reduction of dust and odors, consisting of:
- Fire station
- Water distribution lines
- Electric distribution lines
- Data lines
- Central monitoring, control, programming
- Field sensors
The installation of a Complete System allows to autonomously manage the installation of dust and odor reduction, and allows the monitoring of the work and the machines that operate there.
*LIGHT DUTY LINE
LIGHT DUTY line machines stand out for their simplicity of use, for their low energy and water consumption, and for their reduced dimensions that facilitate their handling. They find their field of natural use where the dimensions of the sites, which require environmental control, are compatible with the dimensions of the machine.
The comprehensive formula (pump, filter system, rotation system) combined with an easy-to-use control panel, greatly simplifies the use of the machines. By connecting only water and electricity, the cannons are immediately operational, thus obtaining a powerful and efficient fogging system. The special care in design and construction, as well as the components used, make DEMOLITOR machines maintain their value over time.
*HEAVY DUTY LINE
Each component of the heavy duty dust suppression cannons is sized to withstand the most severe conditions of use. This allows its use without compromise in large quarries, mines, tunnels, large demolitions, mining parks, steel mills, or in all those places where fogging is a valuable aid for environmental control. The multi-crown misting system, combined with the stainless steel nozzles, allows the amount of water to be modulated with maximum efficiency. Where size matters, HEAVY DUTY barrels are the perfect answer for covering large areas. The power, performance, and flexibility of use make the barrels of the HD line machines perform exceptionally well.
*SPECIAL DUTY LINE
WLP manufactures optimized machines according to customer requirements. There are no limits. The machines can be installed on hydraulic arms, by means of a special support mounted on columns or walls. There can be fully autonomous configurations with on-board generator set and tank tank.
