SORTING DEMOLITION GRAB

ROTAR company, located in the Netherlands, is a company specialized in the construction of equipment for demolition and recycling, so popular for the manufacture of screening buckets, handling grabs, shears, and cutting units.

The RG Handling Grab is the ideal attachment for handling, sorting and knocking down. It is made from the toughest components on the market and is ideal for heavy duty and demolition jobs. It has two opening and closing valves and a 360º rotation hydraulic system.

Its rib-type built shells facilitate the output of fine materials that have the materials to be selected.

UPPER HEAD & SLEWING RING

The RG Series is fitted with a strong rotating upper head, and a heavy-duty double rowed slewing ring.
The hydraulic motors in the upper head generate a high torque, suited for heavy loading in any position.

LOAD CONTROL VALVE

The hydraulic cylinders of the RG Series are all fitted with a load control valve which protects against unexpected opening of the shells.
Additionally, the cylinder has an extra-long stroke, to close the shells even when the edges are worn out.

WEAR-RESISTANT SHELLS

The RG Series’ wear-resistant shells are made of HARDOX steel and equipped with easily replaceable and rotatable cutting edges. The shells are mounted within the long bearing pivot points of the double-walled construction body with hardened, oversized pins. This design lowers the overall tension in the construction, thereby extending the RG’s durability.
